We would like to inform you about the AFORTI.BIZ platform schedule for January and a change in how to contact your Account Managers.

Schedule:

1 January (Thursday) – New Year

Public holiday – no transfers will be processed.
2 January (Friday) – Switzerland – Berchtoldstag

Interbank transfers in CHF will not be processed.
6 January (Tuesday) – Epiphany

Public holiday – no transfers will be processed.
19 January (Monday) – USA – Martin Luther King Jr. Day

Interbank transfers in USD will not be processed.

Transfers affected by these interruptions will be processed on the next business day.

Change of contact channel (from 1 January):

To improve the quality of client service, as of 1 January we will disable the corporate mobile phones of our Account Managers. Please contact your Account Manager via their landline numbers available on the platform or by calling the Transaction Centre helpline: +48 22 647 50 30.
