NPS survey results - Q4 2024

We are delighted to share the results of our latest Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey. We achieved a score of 41, which provides us with valuable insights for further development. We know we still have much room for improvement, which is why we are working hard to improve our services.

In the past quarter, we focused on key changes that have a real impact on the comfort and satisfaction of our customers:

  • We have improved the quality of contact with customers - our dealers at the transaction centre contact us faster and offer even more favourable exchange rates.
  • We have expanded our team of experts - we have hired new specialists who have undergone intensive training to respond even better to your needs.
  • We have improved the platform - we have implemented technical improvements that have made it more intuitive and convenient to use.

We would like to thank all the customers who took part in the survey and shared their feedback. It is thanks to you that we can continuously improve the quality of our services and adapt them to your expectations.

We invite you to keep an eye on our activities - in the coming months, we will introduce further improvements that will make exchanging currency with AFORTI.BIZ even simpler, faster and more cost-effective
